Kinda funny looking skin!
While researching a post for Pittwatch, I ran across a website that really is quite funny and educational as well. Dr. Vail Reese has a site called Skinema.com, which has a lot of valuable skin care information cloaked in some quite creative humor. From the site:
As a dermatologist and a film buff, I present a series of skin conditions featured in movies. Peruse at your leisure and let me know what you think. You may look at movies in a new way. Disclaimer: None of the individuals featured on the site are patients. The images are publicity photos (not clinical photos taken in a medical office). Actors seen with skin conditions include some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
If you will go spend a little time there, you will find a ton of useful information and get a few chuckles as well. Dr. Reese’s site appears to have been around for awhile, and I am sorry I have never found it til now! Have fun!
